A straightforward process.

Investing in the Fund is a straightforward process that allows you to access a unique investment opportunity. Below are the step-by-step instructions to guide you through the investment process.

Step 1: Due Diligence.

It is essential to understand what you're investing in. Carefully read our Terms & Conditions and Information Memorandum detailing the Fund's objectives, strategy, and risks. Familiarising yourself with this information will empower you to make an informed decision.

Step 2: Complete the Application Form.

Investing is made easy with our online platform. The website will take you through the on-boarding process for the Fund Administrator to verify and approve your information.

Once your website form is complete, you will be notified by Stratfund that you have been accepted as a member of The Quant Fund.

Step 3: Finalise Your Investment.

After your subscription has been processed and approved, an approval notice including EFT details for your funds to be transferred into the fund and an invitation to register as an approved investor will be emailed. You will be notified of the official investment start date, the value of the fund on your start date, and the number of units you have acquired.

Once registered you will enjoy complete access to our registry, enabling you to manage your account, update details, view transactions, add additional funds, request withdrawals and download essential documents like ATO certificates.

You can keep track of the performance of the fund by logging into the Investor Login..
